Didn't get shizz done today, and tomorrow is dedicated to scouting hog hunting spots...
I'm also about to pick up a 1958 Willys Jeep in need of love from a friend, so I guess I'll have to find out if that sickness caches too being my first real Jeep. Time will tell.

Sliders are done

.120 wall 2x3 rectangular tube for main slider.
.120 wall DOM for outer tubes.
.120 wall HREW tube for outriggers/mounting tubes.

Came out pretty decent, and the van certainly looks better. Kidlets are happy to have a step now too... Even if my spouse is indifferent.

new van is about to get some serious action as soon as it comes back from the dealer........ last weekend i was (started) running a power wire from the battery junction box to the right rear corner, and when i got under the passenger floor mat, it was FULLLLLLLLL of water. so hard stop, and took the van straight to the dealer to say ******. they've had it all week, and i guess i will know more on monday, i stopped in friday to check progress and got the "waiting for a rep from ford" so we shall see.

i really hope its fixed by the weekend, as i have a full floor/bed platform/storage to build into it. have a 2 week road trip planned from july 15-30

Any chance you want to sell the front bumper separate, if I throw in my stocker to replace it? :sombrero:

I don't remember if it's welded on the side supports or not.
