Great photos and nice Commander.

What trail were you on for those photos? Looks challenging, but completely off-track. Maybe just the angle of the photos?

Thanks for posting up.

local play area. its an area where everyone goes to play around and shoot guns. i did a little target shooting out there as well. even picked up my brass and target after i was done shooting. nothing was harmed in the shooting of these photos.

i updated the beginning of the thread. a lot of pictures were moved and missing. now they are restored with some more info and mods thrown in.

the first bumper is my prototype. the second is the production version bumper we were selling.

none of the commander owners liked the bull bar around the headlights. the bull bar made it so it would have to be shipped freight instead of ground with FedEX and UPS.

i liked it, but i have not built a new one yet. i have plans to redo some stuff on mine, just not a big priority right now. i'm trying to redo shock hangers and spring retainers on the back axle. i do not really like the stock set up in the rear.

i need to redo the upper control arms because the drivers side contacts the tank at full drop.

How long till it's solid axled?

I really like these rigs and would like one someday. I'll probably wait till they're cheap and chop one into a regular cab pickup though.
