Hey all,

Been watching this forum for a while and decided to join. Also on LRO. I have a 04 SE7 Disco. Had it for about 6 months, in the process of putting lift and tires on, work permitting. Live in Kennesaw, GA and like to hit up some trails whenever.

Welcome. My sympathies on your recent infection, but some of us have had it for many years and have learned to live with it. You can too. With personal effort and the support of friends you can even live an almost normal life.

Tom I'm not sure we'd call what we have an "almost normal life." :)

I liken owning a Rover to an opportunity to broaden your horizons on many different levels. You dive in, understand you didn't just buy an SUV but got initiated into a collectively small group of enthusiasts who all suffer from the same addiction.

You'll meet people in forums like these who become the friends you've never met but make plans to. You'll receive help, whether it be technical advice or the part you need on a moments notice but just can't find, and you'll be able to draw from all the experience the comunity has to offer.

In short ... welcome to the family :) We're glad you're here.

Thanks Tom. Nice to know there are others who suffer the same infection I have come down with half a year ago! :victory:
