Newbie Question-How to safely jack a trailer to get the tires off

Before I take the tires off my AT to convert the Hubs to Toyota, thought it worth asking if there is anything special I need to do relative to placement of the jack to not damage the axle. Tube isn't very thick and dont want to damage it.

Put the jack under the spring mount to the axle. It would also help if the trailer is hooked up to the truck as it will be more stable.

No springs, its a torzion 3.5K axle

I will need to put it up on jack stands to swap hubs

Hook it to the tow vehicle if possible.
