I've put 20k miles on a 2013 CC frontier 4x4 v6. It did have an axle seal that was replaced (under warranty) at 12k, but other than that it does everything it is supposed to do perfectly well. It's a good little (relative) truck. I have a soft topper that adds to the functionality, and I can remove when I'm not using. I'm not overly impressed with the gas mileage, but I live with it because the 4wd is great when I need it.
That said, we've owned 3, going on 4 (wife just traded in her car) modern VWs, and when I first got the Fronty, I was appalled at the interior quality. It sucks. Its boring and cheap. And while the rest of the truck is great...I think the interior build quality is pretty crap too. I have kick panels that don't clip in properly, and big gaps between dash panels. BUT, I've learned to live with it, because the truck is great at being a truck. It pulls well, camps well, and the engine is smooth as can be.
