I didn't know Alaskan made a camper w/o a cab-over section:

Alaskan Camper is happy to make one without the cab-over. Here's an 8 foot model on a Unimog:

Here's a 12 foot long model on an early Fuso FG 4x4

And here's a 13 foot model on a Sprinter:

A cab-forward truck with a flatbed is a great platform for the campers
that lack a cab-over section.

The Alaskan Camper web site has a page that shows two non-cab-over floorplans,
but they invite you to design your own layout and overall length.

I guess I meant to say I didn't know that they made a stock one. 'Course, I'm assuming that the one I linked in was not custom built, too.
