One ton truck Suspension modifications for camper

Thanks!
The Carli suspension systems definitely get great reviews. They might be designed for more off road performance than I need or want to pay for but I am researching their products.
Their basic level kit with their signature shocks might be a good compromise. Their coils ride really nice. I didn't want to lift any part of our truck but I'm glad I opted for the Carli coils.

I'll be adding about 2k (fully loaded) to the rear of my GMT800 GMC 2500HD, via a flatbed Alaskan Camper. Seems like the GM trucks are not as common as the Ford/Dodge trucks for overland/offroad campers (likely because of the IFS) but I'm wondering if anyone has experience running a GM with these types of camper loads? I'm likely going to be running airbags in the rear, and (thanks to this thread) will go with a sway bar as well. I'd prefer not to add any additional height to the truck, in order to be able to park the whole thing in my shop.

I read this post and many instances of people changing springs, installing new shock absorbers, anti-sway bars, etc. yet I see no calculations or results from testing.

I read it too and I'm wondering what I'm doing wrong. My truck is pretty much factory stock and seems to haul my camper just fine. :p

That's a science project and not a simple one! I haven't even seen any manufacturers or builders attempt to quantify that, let alone private owners.

It would be cool to see some before and after on a standardized maneuverability or accident avoidance test. For offroad... I'm not sure what criteria could be used.

I just assumed that the calculations Carli did for the TFL Truck build would be close enough for my situation. I ordered Pintops and the XHD leaf pack that Deaver makes for Carli. I opted out of the sway bar, choosing to stick with stock on their brackets. Carli recommended that for a full time camper. I also, at their recommendation, skipped the radius arms. Lastly, I chose a Fox 2.0 stabilizer. It's getting installed in 2 weeks.
