I did see it go through but not the whole course. I didn't however get a close look at what had been done to it. It was a sweet ride though. I'm sure you would have no problem going at it. Cheers.

2nd Generation Tundra love...

All,

I just got some video of the 2nd generation Tundra going through the Land Rover course at OE 2013...His rig is lifted with ICON coilovers, a rear Deaver leaf pack and an ARB air locker. He did have the ARB locker engaged at the time of this video.

Good to see the Tundra going through it's paces...Well done on the driver as well...

Regards,

BWJ

This is really just a pond/water tank near the lodge that we've used for the last 2 years for classes. Mormon lake is technically further out on the lake bed towards Lake Mary Road. Still, it sure is pretty dry! Even when I was at NAU in the 90's it was pretty dry for a "lake" as was "lake" Mary. :Wow1:

I have actually seen Mormon Lake so full that the vendor area was under water. I think it was 1992 or 1993, a winter where we got more rain than snow. Lower Lake Mary overflowed across Lake Mary Road at the north end, making the drive from FLG to Mormon Lake a really long one since you had to go through Winslow. A couple of years later both Lower Lake Mary and Mormon Lake were completely dry. According to Platt Cline, this overflow and drying up has been pretty common for Mormon Lake since the at least the 1890s.

A big big thank you to Overland International!

I received my winners swag today and can't believe the ESP you guys must have. I'm not quite sure how you did it, whether you were spying or using a psychic but you figured out exactly what I wanted. I was really eyeing a OJ hat recently and about a month ago was going to order the exact shemagh you sent, but it was out of stock online. So somehow the planets aligned perfectly. I also will find good homes for the decals. I just upgraded to a pelican 1510 case for my camera gear and it's looking a bit bland.

Thank you guys for the great community and resources. I'm glad to be a part of it.

Great to see it arrived, and we are all glad you like it.

It is the community that makes this a fun place to hang out, and people like yourself (and the others in this thread) who take the time to past and share.

Have fun, and we will see you on the trail!

Another great event, I'm starting to wonder which is more fun the trip getting to EXPo or the event it self.
NMBR (New Mexico Back Roads) led a group across NM & AZ to the EXPO, three nights camping enroute to the event with the majority of the trip on dirt roads.

I saw a lot of great rigs in the camping area & up at the displays, got some great ideas and meet some new people, can't wait for next year.

You have some great shots in here —*I especially like the panoramas. That Pelican whiskey case is brilliant. And it's nice to see a Raptor in your group. I'm planning a trip from Florida to the expo in my Raptor next year, and I can't wait. Anyway, great coverage.
