For those who didn't catch the announcement in FSC, Overland Journal hats and decals are finally available in our online store. Just visit www.overlandjournal.com and click on the "Shop" button. We have two sizes of decals, one is 4" x 6" (10cm x 16cm) and the other is 8" x 12" (20cm x 30cm). They are available as singles, or buy two for a discount. And the hats are one size, one color, 100% cotton with black piping on the edge of the bill, and froggy colors with the logo embroidered on them.
For married gents who get the hat, please make sure to keep your wedding band highly visible when in public, or you may get into some uncomfortable situations. For single guys, you can just send us a thank-you note, or renew your subscription, whichever is easier. For married ladies who get the hat, see comment #1 above. For single ladies who get the hat, be prepared for a line of suitors stretching around the block.
Can you say "dream girl" ?
Decals may have a similar effect, but unlike the hat, may not always be with you, on your person. They may make your overland 4WD or motorcycle run a little smoother over rough terrain, increase fuel economy and minimize fluid leakage (though we're not responsible for damage if applied directly over oil gasket seams, though I can't think of why anyone with a certain vehicle with a certain oval-shaped emblem would ever want to do that.)
