How do these hats fit? Low, slightly behind the ears, or high over the ears? Comfortable?

They fit great. They are soft, low-profile hats that stand up to washing (as opposed to those old-man really high-profile hats that red-necks wear).

I can attest that they are indeed very comfortable.
I have worn it around home, town, and at work.
