Ozark Trail "High Performance" cooler - any good?

Southern California residents, the cooler will be available Nov 8! I just ordered mine. It might be available for people elsewhere also. Check the site

Where and how did you order it?

Nvm saw the other posts. This is ridiculous.

When I needed one, I just checked the WalMart website every morning and when it came up, I ordered for store pickup. Sometimes they will ship to home, sometimes not. And when they ship to store, it's only to certain stores. Weird marketing.

The manufacturer probably sent it out to different distribution centers across the country and each store/region gets X amount. The getting sent to certain stores is probably due to shipping routes.

If anyone in the Seattle area is looking for a 73qt Ozark I am looking to sell mine because I already have an arb fridge and I'm beyond the Walmart return period. Used twice. $150 picked up or shoot me an offer.

Indeed it is. One even showed up on the shelf at my local Walmart last night. None on the shelf today...one under my tree this year though :) My wonderful wife snagged that one for us :)
That ends a very long time of checking the shelf ever trip to wally world . Wheew.

I went in my local WM this morning (actually needed something, not black Friday shopping) and checked for one as I usually do. Hidden behind some kind of cardboard display for fleece was a 73 qt. I don't know if the display was pulled in front of the shelf on purpose to hide the cooler from view, but I saw it and snagged it. Kind of feel like I captured a unicorn:)

Maybe someone wants one for Christmas? They appear to be in stock online. See pyrate's link above.

Merry Christmas!

The 73Qt has been in stock for almost 24 hours.
I hope I have better luck this time. Last order had a shipping label created but never made it from the Walmart warehouse to the first UPS scan point.
Walmart customer service apologized and admitted it probably ended up under a warehouse worker's tree...

Finally got a 52qt!

For those in Middle TN or Southern KY, the Springfield, TN Wal-Mart has a bunch of 26qt and 73 qt coolers, and about 3 of the soft side coolers. There were 2 52qt coolers that I seen, I bought one of those, but they may have more somewhere.

The website said they were in stock so I took a gamble and drove down there. Sure enough I found one.

I was a little surprised, the 73qt doesn't seem that much larger on the exterior than the 52qt. Inside it looks obviously larger. I almost went for the 73qt, but figured for the extra money it was unlikely I will need more cooler space than the 52and might as well save some packing space.

FWIW - I just bought another RTIC cooler (65) for $169 plus tax. And it states on their website that it ships tomorrow. I already received a tracking label.

You won't see the discount until you click the "Add to Cart". I checked the 20,45,65 and they are all discounted. It appears their softpack coolers are as well.
