Well, Cam was true to his word. CI reworked the hasp/opener and sent me a new one to install and try out.Hey Cam,
So cool that a manufacturer watches the forum; don't underestimate how much we appreciate that.
Both bottles were from Yards Brewing Company. Small batch stuff. Precious.

The bottle that shattered worse made me cry a little; the last of the Porter. Mirtes strained the TJ Ale through a paper towel and drank it with a solid determination that my ancestors in Williamsburg would have saluted.

And I can say that they did a very good job with it.
Works perfectly.
Not sure if this is the final go-to piece or a work in progress but it's made me a happier camper.
Thanks, Camp. And thanks CI. Having a company that listens to customers and solicits feedback is very welcome in our community.

RTIC also got sued and lost for copying Yeti. They might not be a cheap alternative much longer.Several at our local WallyWorld, finally got to check them out. To answer the "any good" question, (not bashing) but I think they seem cheap compared to other brands, not a fan of latches. If you catch Rtic on sale there's not much price difference.

Well, they've demonstrated that they read the interweb threads and seem responsive to user input.STANG302 let us know how well the small soft side cooler performs. I noticed them the other day on the .com. I keep a small cooler behind the drivers seat in my work vehicle, and think the small access "port" would be nicer than fighting a cooler lid while bombing down the interstate.
