Well, It just so happens that I found some shots. This guy is running these on 16X7 rims.

shawkins,

That is good news. Also please specify what rim width you are using when you post your pictures.

Thank you.

I would also like to hear how you like them.

I have run the old BFG MT's in 255/75/85 and have had various sized MT's on all of my cars and love them. But held off putting KM2's on this fall after reading numerous posts on the Classic Bronco site (I have an EB too) about the KM2's not balancing. These guys were all running 35's and 37's (which is bigger and heavier than what I run), but they could not get them to run true.

Please keep us updated as I am looking to buy 255 KM2's this spring. For bling purposes I am thinking 255/80/17 on FJ Cruizer 17x8 steel wheels.

I have a friend with 35's on his Ruby and he said they are quiet compared to the standard MT's, he has over 20K and they still look darn good.

I'd love to hear of a report of what kind of effects the 255's have on your gas mileage as compared to wider tyres. I have the 285's on 17's on my FJC and though I haven't have many issues with the balancing (I go to Firestone since I paid for the lifetime balancing) the 285's really wrecked my gas mileage. My latest long distance trip from Houston, TX to Drummond, MT (2000 miles almost exactly) had me filling up every 200 miles on average!! So you can guess how many tanks of petrol I needed... I wish now I'd have gone with 255's to save a bit on fuel. Reports anyone??

285's are nice, not loud at all over stock dueler H/Ts but the fuel economy leaves a bit to be desired.

On a related note regarding 285s & MPG - A friend of a friend replaced the worn stock tires (245/75R16) on his Chevy Duramax pickup with 285s and saw a noticeable drop in MPG. Our mutual friend tried to steer Duramax Dude toward 255s, but he wouldn't listen until it was too late.
