Strong canopy framing! You need it with the winds down there. We carried swap meet type canopies down there with the galvanized piping and silver roof material. It's the only workable solution.

I used Montreal Hamburger seasoning. I typically just use Montreal Steak, gave this a try and honestly didn't notice much of a difference.

My wife’s family call these sloppy joes (they’re not) or colon busters, but they’re delicious.

From bottom to top, two slices of buttered French bread, white rice, chili, cheese, corn, iceberg lettuce, Italian dressing and squeeze of lemon.
