The debut of the cuck wagon in Baja a few years (I now own it)


Strong canopy framing! You need it with the winds down there. We carried swap meet type canopies down there with the galvanized piping and silver roof material. It's the only workable solution.

My wife’s family call these sloppy joes (they’re not) or colon busters, but they’re delicious.

From bottom to top, two slices of buttered French bread, white rice, chili, cheese, corn, iceberg lettuce, Italian dressing and squeeze of lemon.

Dang. My problem is that there is little time to take pictures of my dinners - I'm more focused on eating it...
