Hey Pat how flexible is your time? I'm hitting the road again here in a couple days and should be sailing right past you on rte.10 3-4 days after we bug out. Headed to Maine via Florida from Ohio (short cut) and I might be convinced to slow down enough to toss those fender flares you been wanting out my window on the way by. Interested?
Here is the top completely pressured cleaned and the antenna bases with their new caps.
It's also probably going to get a coat of some type of white RV roll-on rubber roofing material for extra strength and better heat resistance.
If anyone has any suggestions as to what is the best product to use for this purpose, I'm all ears!
Check out a product called Temp-Coat for your heat reflective coatings. It is not a bridging or high elastomeric coating, only about 60% if I recall correctly, so something like a roll on truck bed liner (not spray cans) will help to seal up any cracks or holes. There is another product in my notes specifically for RV roofs and if I find it, I will edit this post.
Don't see why that wouldn't work

Hennessey has certainly stepped up their game in recent years. Of course it helps to have people like John Heinricy working for you. They are not the only ones building "new" Ford Excursions and I guessing this one may be a bit less expensive for those so inclined:
