Pop out bed discussion

Any new idea's? I might be buying a Dodge one ton van and making it 4x4 with a 12 valve Cummins diesel.

Or I thought about putting the cab back of a van on the back of my Dodge truck cab, 1998 Dodge 3/4 Cummins truck. :sombrero:

Before my diagnosis, I was designing a pop out for the drivers side of my van, to be done by VMI, a local off-road trailer builder. Unfortunately, no need to do it now.
