Some good stuff. One thing I notice is your color is off on a few of these. What are you using for editing? If you can adjust saturation and luminance for reds and yellows try to decrease the saturation a little bit and increase the luminosity of your reds and yellows to get a more natural skin tone.

Thanks! Color pretty regularly gets me, I am a long ways from figuring out all how to adjust it all. I mostly use Light Room, but also PS for some stuff. I desperately need to take a class, but online classes and I don't get along well and I have been too busy. Hopefully soon! As soon as I get a few minutes of free time I will try your suggestions and post up in the critiquing thread to see what other suggestions I can get.

If you have Lightroom you should be able to select individual colors. To balance skin tones in your first picture of the little girl select your red and reduce saturation a little bit and then increase the luminance a little bit.

With the baby do the same thing with Yellow.
