Nice trailet in deed. And in my mine, with a Kayak on it is always very cool.

But don't you have any issues with the fact that it sit so far out the back like that? Even with a flag, I was asked to bring them in much more than that. This is actually why my trailer as an ajustable draw bar.

But yet again, nice set-up.

Absolutely, I get the same response every time and everywhere...which leads me to ask "What's wrong with the Jeep ?"
Response: "I like that trailer..."
I'll have to kick it that Jeep up a notch to make it more visible !

You are right Luc, the reason it sits so far back is because I had it behind the truck and camper just before hitching it up to the Jeep. I subsequently moved it forward before leaving. I normally run a piece of red tape attached to the rudder. I suppose you have to deal with the Surete du Quebec over there ...I deal with these guys...:26_7_2:

Yes Sir its a M101a2. If you click on my avatar theres some build pictures in my photo album. They are not very organized but I think they show the big parts and the bikes inside. I need to update them as I have added solar and water since then. So far I have around 4 grand in the whole thing and have gotten a lot of use out of it!

Ok I want to know what you've got going w/ that trailer. Looks like an ex mil base, maybe a 101 or a 416? Have any kind of build thread?

Kenny, Where did you get that nose box? Did it stay dust proof?

I got form Hayneedle. I would say no dust, got rained on, no water. I did add 1/2 in plywood liner to it, all around, except the lid.

I will be at Expo, but I am unsure if I can get the trailer rolling by then.
Wedding and honeymoon last week, kinda killed the trailer budget for a bit.

But the trailer and RTT were practically her idea, so I'll probably keep her around. [she's looking forward to Expo as well]
