Great! That is 275# lighter than my fairly basic build on my current camper.

I don't see the front dinette on a shell option listed. Was that something special? How much did it cost? Does the table drop and support a center cushion to provide flat sleeping surface?
It was something that FWC Montana built out. It is not available from the factory, and I am told they will not be building the shells with a front dinette in the future. It was $1900. Yes, that is how it makes into a bed, using the table and back cushions. The center post is removed.

I enjoyed this rig for 10 years but it was time for a change...

I've always wanted a FWC but always thought of it as more of a dream... Until one day we see Dave's rig in person and my wife says, you need to build this. I had intentions of selling my 80 to build a 200 but after she said that, all that went out the window and here we are one year later...

I'm still fine tuning things but we love it. With a family of 5, we can be ready for a trip in a hour or two not a week, like our old set up.

Dude...that thing is epic. I have a 200 series, but with a small family, you know how it is. Do you have a build thread for it?

Love it! Similar starting point happened to me when my wife caught me doing research. I've been watching various FWC builds for years, ever since I first followed the Wescotts Turtle IV Siberia Expedition and then Bill Swails ER2K Prototype project. This year the Mrs decided she's had enough of the tent camping game and so here we are.

I meant to ask you, how are the storage boxes working for you? I'm trying to troubleshoot with AT leak issues I'm having with mine. Have you experienced any leaks If it's raining the underbed boxes get a LOT of water in them and the cross boxs gets a little. If you have any insights I'd really appreciate the help. PM me if you prefer. Thanks so much!

A quick pic on my way home last weekend from getting our new Hawk installed. 2014 Tundra with a MCM Fab mid-travel setup. ADS Racing shocks and coilovers, MCM Fab uca's, OME Dakar leaf packs, and Firestone airbags. (Currently on the studded winter tires and wheels - I have 295 Nitto Ridge Grapplers on Method Double Standards sitting in the garage).

2016 6.7 Lariat “ultimate” Carli Backcountry leveling kit. Also have a fusion bumper just need to decide on a winch. Would really like to go down a wheel size to 18’s on 35’s but currently it’s ok. Overall really happy with this setup.
