The previous Callen camper was longer and wider..I sold if for something more compact.. I found this smaller Callen on Craigslist. It was originally for a ford pickup bed. I made a bottom for it and shortened the doors. I wanted the stoop over the cab roof to have a decent looking gap.

Finally got it all pulled together.

Just 500 pounds over my GVWR but under both front and rear GAWR. Headed south to visit friends in AL on our maiden voyage in January. Upper Stableloads and Sumo springs and she handles like nothing is back there.

Replaced my Tacoma with a new Colorado Duramax. Because the sidewalls are taller on this truck I had to put a 3" spacer under the camper.

Weight wise it's fine, this camper is only 600lbs. I added Timbren rubber springs to control side to side pitch.
