Had to add the roof rack for a weekend camping trip with 2/3 of kids and the dog.
What kind of roof rack is this? How is it mounted?

We bought a Silver Shadow this year and used it on a three week road trip from VA to UT/NV/AZ this summer. It towed well and only in the Rockies I had to go back to third gear and see the big trucks passing us by. I drive a 2011 JKU 6 speed manual ... I love the Silver Shadow with its all birch interior and the small kitchen - it is definitely an upgrade from a tent
