I think they are Ontario. They have the crown in the center (I think), the orange'ish sticker is also not quebec.

That's a BC plate.
Also judging by his name. I'm guessing the island..

How do you find it flexes? Do you find the tires rub on the pinchseam in the rear?

I havent disconnected the sway bars yet so no info really on the flexing, however it does pretty well with them connected. I slide into a tree and loosed a rear fender liner so I did get some rubbing from that but its great after ripped them out. The pinch seam is fine for now but I plan to get it trimmed when I get some high clearance fenders.
One though about the lift. It is really well engineered. They manage to keep all the geometry correct and I actually think it handles better with the lift then stock.
