Post pictures of your Land Rover.

Viggen

Just here...
you sir are an idiot. at least it'll make a interesting story when it propels through your skull the first time you get into an accident and it rips out through that thin sheet metal.

I wasnt going to say anything first but I see Jeeps with the high lift mounted on the hood/ area in front of the windshield all the time. I dont get that as I couldnt think of a more inconvenient location for that jack. The damn things weigh a lot and to place it nicely, not drop it and thus cause damage to the sheetmetal (or aluminum in our case), would be impossible for me. Granted, Im not the strongest in the world but that jack location is just plain dumb. Other than the questionable placement of the jack, its a decent looking D2 (except now you have at least 4 holes in that area).

Perpetual Transient
Some shots from a day excursion today. Snow was deeper in some places more than other but still easily passable near the Lake Superior shore. Inland the snowpack is a bit more right now. This is definately the tail end of the overland season here in the UP.

Awesome Rides! What made you want to change?

I had a Toyota Tacoma before my LR. Always want to know other peoples reasons.

I do miss my Tacoma, but I sure love the Solid axle and manual transfer case- and well the car itself :)
