Honesty the LR3 Xenon lights are so good that this was really as much aesthetics as the headlight rings.

88 Classic

Wow, so many awesome rigs on here!

I've got an '88 Range Rover, it's my only car commute to work in it daily. I've had it for three years so far and love it, it's been a blast to own. It's still pretty stock - OME suspension and BFG MT's are about it - but mating a 6.2 Duramax to a ZF4HP22 this week, more on that later.

Here's a few from some of our recent adventures, starting with the last two weekends:

It was a little muddy last weekend:

Beach Camping with some buddies:

Camping above the intersection of Hood River and the Columbia River, Mt. Adams in the distance. It was a pretty awesome spot, you have amazing views of Hellens, Rainer, Hood and Adams all from right here.

Love your Range Rover Josh. Might be getting one like yours or an 1973 series III 88. Currently driving a LR3 Tonga Green.

a pic of daisy :) my new favorite

robnmandy - what size tires are you running, and what wheel arch kit is that? Truck looks great! I'm considering installing a wheel arch kit but I've only found the Britpart and Terrafirma but there isn't much info or good pictures on the kits, I'm interested in any experience anyone has with them. Also the Britpart look a little more difficult to come-by stateside.

Tyres are 315/75/16 on 8" modulars. Wheel arches are flatdog 75mm.

+2" front suspension
+4 rear (because of weight although I may be changing back to 2" if cranked arms allow the back to raise with lack of pressure on bushes)
+2 body lift.

Hope it helps. :)

2001 Disco II

My first Land Rover. She came from Texas and there is virtually no rust anywhere! 110k on the clock. I'm hoping to do some off-roading and camping this spring on the weekends.
