Now that's what my dreams are made of...I always dreamt of that kind of originality. That's one of the finest vehicle I've seen! You have any inside pics? Let me drool on them! Congrats mate!

I dont have any good inside shots but here are a few that kind of give you an idea of the camp layout.

Very cool, I take it you bought it grey market or had it imported?

It was imported by a previous owner who imported a bunch of other rovers along with it. The UK paper work from the the MOT shows it registered in England as a 1973 Land Rover Long Wheelbase Utility Vehicle. Customs paper work shows the same as does DMV. I believe it is most likely a 1988 but not 100% certain. If it was up to me to import it I would not have done it, too much red tape.

I'm new to the forum. Here's my Defender somewhere on the Hole in the Rock trail.

And here is one of some Rovers in "The Chute" before "Cottonwood Hill" on the Hole in the Rock trail.

Going through some pics I took on a trip to Tanzania Africa a couple of years ago. I saw a lot of nice looking Rovers. Thought I would share a few.
The first two pics are of a truck that was flying down a dirt road in the Serengeti. The second two pics are of a Landy that got in the way of a wildebeest near Ngorongoro Crater.
