So is it running the 318 or 360? And I can't recall if it's running the Dodge trans/t-case or Mitsu?
It's got the 360, a four speed manual, Dana 60 in the rear, and a Dana 44 in the front.

Hi! I’m newcomer! My Pajero!
How long did the job take?Finished replacing my heater core yesterday. Not as bad as i was expecting, getting the dash apart. The HVAC box is really f%#$& in there, so I ended up cutting the elbow pipe on the core since the firewall kinda blocks the core from coming out directly from the top. Thanks to Seattle Radiator for completely re-coring and sealing this thing. It was in poor shape and completely clogged. Time to look into a full cooling system flush. Don't have the pic of the dirty core out of the box, was too tired and bloody to snap a pic.

Not as bad as i thought. To get the dash completely out of the car and looking at the heater core was about 3-4 hrs, but i was bagging and tagging the bolts for each component group (i.e. the cluster screws, the radio screws, hvac controls, etc.). The core took about three weeks to get rodded and it took me another 3-4 hrs to put everything back together. Definitely did a lot of cleaning when the dash was out and replaced some of the foam pieces in the hvac flippers and connections. I didnt have to remove the HVAC controls, but i did have to disconnect the slide lines (the bicycle brake line type things) going to the hvac vent flippers. How long did the job take?
