Post your Mitsubishi Pajero Pics

Toasty

Looking for that thing i just had in my hand...
Pajeroxp, It's good to see someone who plans for the added weight on their suspension and axles (especially the rear being semi float). Good work.

The only thing left really to do is some bigger front stoppers, or a brake bias valve. Not sure which way to go with this one as on the road it stops ok, but I don't want to over cook them with the weight. Again I have tried aftermarket stuff on brakes, but went back to genuine Mitsubishi discs and pads, and they were much better. I really want bigger genuine discs but would need to space the calipers I think. Unless if anyone knows if a GEN 3 setup would fit.??

Please add some more photos!
I'm particularly interested in your axle support. Interested to hear more about the Land Rover Rear springs. Which model? Do you have the spring part numbers? Please describe the fitment of the springs, any fitment issues or other modifications involved? Did you use OME shock absorbers as well? I'd also like a look inside the cargo holds and the interior in general.

A few of my monty.

I will add some more pictures ASAP, the weather here in England has not been the best. Lots of rain. The land rover rear springs are OME HD 130 rear springs, which do not quite fit on the Mitsubishi axle, however I devised two 5mm x 25mm stainless spring plates to clamp down the springs, so would never ever pop off ever. Pictures will be done on Sunday as my only day off this week, so next instalment then............

I like your trailer! However saying that the reason why I did not build a trailer was off road jack knifing, I have one package that comes with me, and not have to drag it around with me, or worry about it fishtailing on the road. But I still love em. I love everything adventurous, from land cruisers, patrols, jeeps, defenders and jeeps. But I stuck to the pajero!

Yeah... trailers are one more liability.... Point in case, the reason I'm pulling my friends trailer (nope not mine!!!) after it bent his bumper to the ground!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm very intrigued by your camper set up. I have two kids, and am trying to develop a system that works. I'd love to build something similar to your setup!

Obviously I think this works brilliantly, not to all tastes of course, because we all have different needs to our adventures. But to try and separate each need. Kitchen, storage, water, fuel, bed. I learnt very quickly that unpacking the whole truck is not ideal when you are in the Sahara desert when you need to get to something.

I was thinking of a get inside type of set up, but where does one, if not two spare wheels go? Not practical for me, plus it looks cool with two on the back.

Be in touch soon.
