I just wanted to know what size lift and tire setup during that pic. I like the way it sits right there. Thanks for the reaponse.

In that pic it's still stock 4wd suspension. The tires are 33x10.50x15 BFG ATs. I did add a 1" zero rate to the rear to help with the traditional saggy back end.

It is hard to just stay "stock' when these things look so cool lifted with 35s, but stock w 33s meets my needs for sure.

I agree. I will eventually need a little more axle clearance for getting over rocky terrain. Shy of mega dollars for gear driven axle ends, larger tires are the only choice. 35s would be a good choice and not much larger than the 33s.

This is our 86 3/4 4x2 purchased new by my grandfather, used to tow a 65 Silverstreak all over the country coast to coast. super clean still and just cracked 100k miles. I inherited her a while back and gave her to my pops.

Dad literally grew up in this truck (still have it) going to boyscout jamborees and it also towed the 65 silverstreak across the country. Got over 400k miles on her 80k since the motor was rebuilt. 3 speed manual. 305cu big block v6.
