Picked this '94 K1500 up the other day-- too good a deal to pass up! Paid $1000. 5.7L (150k m) 700r4, G80, frt and rr AC and heat, 4x4, 3rd row seat.
I painted the hood and roof because it was sun blistered. And installed a set of 235/85-r16 tires that I had laying around the shop (new). Not my first choice for tires, but will do for now. Runs and drives great!
Going to start to set it up for camping.

Are those push-out windows in your Suburban's cargo doors?!? If so, is there a thread or link to how you did that?

Also does it work the way your wanted - and exhaust fumes pulled in etc?

Here is a picture of my old 1996 C2500 Suburban and my newer 2003 K2500 Suburban. I owned them both for a week or so before the '96 moved on to a new owner.



I am not a big fan of the tail light covers that the original owner put on, but they came off easily enough!

Here is one of the reasons I wanted 4WD, low range, and more power--camping at Buffalo National River in Arkansas:

Fixed 40 'dings' and painted rest of truck. New Headliner and rear carpet. Replaced master cylinder and AC compressor. My $1k great deal is up to about $2500 now! But, I love it--- most comfy car I have. Still haven't camped in her, but will soon.
