The auto feed didn`t work, but i found the problem soon. Adjusted it and everything works like it`s supposed to:

Have been busy costumizing the lathe, but now i`m waiting for some parts, so i had some time to work on the Hägglund. Made the pump pulley:

I`ve been busy working on the lathe, so it`s a bit slow here...

First i made a quick change chuck holder:

Mounted a LED light:

Then i built a coolant system:

And a switch paneel:

Mounted a new chuck:

Mounted a quick change tool post:

Scraped in the compounds upper surface:

Finished:

Made a forward/off/reverse switch:

Installed digital readouts:

Ground the chuck:

And build a dividing head:

Now back to the Hägglund:

Started planning the hydraulics today:

Then i installed the pedals:

Excuse me Steinez, is there anything you cant build? I mean you build your own chuck, and you even have kick *** Danish technology in your pump system! you got it going on mate.....

Got most of the hydraulics today. The hoses:

Pump, filter and valve:

Tried the hoses:

They fit almost perfect...

Made a longer lever for it:

Turned the lever around 90° so it does left/right instead of back/forward:

Made a mount for it:

This is going to be new joint between both car`s:

Really cool :Wow1:looking set-up there for your hydraulics Steinez! I guess you must have seen some cool vehicles on your trip to Austria that gave you some inspiration for making the new connection between the 2 Håglund cars. Nice stuff....

Started mounting the hydraulic pump today. Had to mount the new pulley first:

Welded it in:

Dialed in the cone:

And turned it in the new one:
