A happy day on the trail. If you look closely at the bottom of the truck you will see that the happy day will soon go bad.

Straighten it out in the receiver shackle, and sleeve it with the Hi-Lift handle.

So..... I did the exact same thing today to my XJ. I ran over a stump that I never really saw.......looked about the same. Fortunately we were able to straighten it back out pretty quick, but your pictures did flash through my mind.

I was going through some of my pictures and this one caught my attention. B&W works for this shot.

We couldn't just straighten this one out because it was just going to bend back. Every time I go to that place where that happened the whole thing flashes through my mind. :hehe:

Perpetual Transient
The first one is from a few days ago breaking some trail with the cruiser to check out a waterfall. The second shot was a couple of days prior trying to find a good put in to paddle. 3rd shot is from a local couty road the day after an April blizzard, the road was buried in up to 9 feet of snow in places stranding the inhabitants for a full 48 hours. It was a futile effort to access another paddling spot. haha Lastly, on the beach in Marquette, getting ready to launch the canoe for its maiden voyage of the season. People are still skiing around here and I'm trying to squeeze in as much paddling as possible, I've been itching all winter to get a paddle back in my hand.:D
