Rear awning

Hello all.

Thanks Alan and Ben for the heads up. We do have a rear awning, as mentioned. It is a 1.5 Meter wide awning called the "Spoyla". We did just barely receive these in. So new we haven't mounted or photographed one yet.

It is a true Series 2000 Awning. Anodized aluminum case, self retracting, and heavy duty PVC fabric. It becomes very rigid when set up, due to the retracting spring mechanism inside the roll. Guy wires are not necessary for use. I have attached the only photo we have at the moment. It is the one from the Eezi-Awn site. More will come within the next few weeks.

The Spoyla Awning is $535. You can read more about the Series 2000 awnings on our site.

Cheers,

Yeah but I paid less than that for my full size EEZI AWN. If I could pick one up used or a Hannibal of comparable size that would be awn-some!! being a broke Marine I'm a HUGE fan of not paying full price for things. The vast majority of my build is from components that I purchased right here from ExPo members. Hopefully I can show it off to you at the rendezvous!

Yuman Desert & MEP1811, if you got a roof rack.. Im sure you could build a "fred's arm" for your current awning....
I bought a shadyboy and build my own version of the freds arm... it came out great...
Just a thought

Have you posted pics of this anywhere?

Thanks, Man. I'm pretty set on the EEZI AWN Spoyla or a Hannibal... I'll try to be patient. I'm sure one will pop up on here sooner or later.... I do love seeing all of the different ideas that bounce around on here, though.

Looking forward to this years "needs" an awning is on the list. After searching and viewing the Eezi-Awn Bat 270, everything else looks so much less functional. :Wow1:

I have not, as I haven not had the chance to deploy it where I been to (snow country), but here are some pics of how my set up looks like.......

I can have it deploy on the side or the rear.......
You can pretty much use whatever awning you want or use the one you already have.........

I also like that I can use it on other vehciles or on a the opposite side of my P/S awning.
