This kit can be installed into either a plasic or metal bumper. asking $125 + shipping (Retails for $299) I think there are a few on ebay at that price.
You can either surface mount them or drill a 16mm hole to flush-mount like the factory. The kit comes with all the requred hardware and wiring diagrams to do both. This kit won SEMA's best new product award in 03' and has been one of the better kits on the market ever since. It is the only kit I've seen that actually looks like it was installed by the factory. Also, one of the only kits that work with a metal bumper.

This is not one of the $39.95 cheapies ive seen at Pep Boys or Kragen that can't be used on metal bumpers. It's very well made and all of the exposed connections are sealed and waterproof to withstand the abuse we all put our rigs through.
Please see where it says "Button sensor." that is just showing how it looks when it is flush mounted. The blue "button sensor" peice is just a peice of paper to simmulate a peice of bumper materal. The actual sensor is just the round peice. The sensors are not blue they are smoked clear color.
