Full Frame Up Restoration (2012-2014)
Upgrades/Mods:
ARB front bumper modified to work with the factory PTO winch.
Custom built 3/16" skid plate to protect the winch
Southeast Overland winch rope
JDM Land Cruiser yellow fog lights
Complete Ironman Suspension with greasable anti inversion shackles
FRP Fender Flares (imported from Australia)
Replaced all foam seals in the complete heating system, and all the vents
Powdercoated Frame, Wheel Housings, and all Exhaust Shields
New OEM Windshield glass and all new OEM seals on all glass
Underhood hardware yellow zinc plated
Repainted engine and everything under the hood
New OEM water pump and a new starter on the motor
Rebuilt injectors
New belts, hoses and all vacuum lines
All rewiring was done under hood and under the seats, nothing under the dash. This was done to make it easily serviced.
Fuse box in the correct place in the left kick panel.
Wire splices are soldered, taped and heat shrink applied. All wires placed in split looms.
Redarc 24V to 12V Tail Light, converted with 7 pin connector
Interior completely covered with Dynomat sound deadening.
Seats are original, and the interior is in almost perfect shape.
Newly replaced door panels—custom made vinyl similar to the original pattern, headliner, and the outside of the right front seat, as the vinyl had a crack.
ISSPRO EGT, Boost and Oil Pressure gauges
Wastegate boost controller installed under the hood. Max pressure is 14.
Newly Rebuilt A/C with New Factory Condenser
Fluid Film applied to the inside of all body panels.
All doors shut perfect, door, hood and fender gaps are all perfect. Not an air leak or rattle anywhere.
Many, many new OEM parts installed in the restoration. Too many to list! Every effort was made to keep as original as possible.
Newly rebuilt Alternator
OEM Steelies with new Toyo M/Ts in 285/55/R16

There is no rust on body panels, frame or parts.
Has been getting 25 mpg on the highway, 20-22 mpg in city driving.
Drives perfectly, as it should. Starts effortlessly, as the factory glow plugs work perfectly.
Runs at 60 PSI oil pressure at warm, 40 PSI at idle.
Never taken off-road.
