I have a 1995 L300 Mitsubishi Delica. I would like to convert to right. Has anyone done this before? Is this possible? Thx

Looking for that thing i just had in my hand...
If you're in america I'm guessing you mean you want to convert a RHD Delica to LHD, if so I'd look for a USDM Delica and buy it as a doner vehicle to convert your import.

As Toasty brings up, I will add I have never seen a LHD Delica in the common markets. Brazil maybe but they are hard to buy vehicles from recently.

One note I will add with converting R to L or the other way. I do not know how many pay attention to the fact the radiator bulkhead, and all coolers and plumbing are different between R&L. Much of this has to do with the asymmetry of the steering box and how it mounts. This needs to be considered when moving bits around to do a job right.

As previously asked - why?

I've driven LHD vehicles in RHD countries and vice versa for many years - there are few "tricks" to make sure you don't end up on the wrong side of the road, but it's essentially no problem.

The challenges certainly don't justify the work in my view.

The experts in this are in Bolivia (they call them "transformers") - call a few workshops which specialise in converting imported Japanese vehicles there.

I will answer this in a way many here might not be able to comprehend.
For me as and old Brit it does not matter. BUT I am married and my wife does not adapt well the the different perspective while driving. I own a number of RHD cars, Vintage British sports cars, Elva Couriers, A RHD MG and such, she has not driven these.
For us the test will be my Pajero that might go on the road later this year. This has a 3.8 Mivec swap and is covered on this site. She feels she can handle the RHD perspective since wen we use to rally she was quite comfortable at speed through the woods. She is used to where the mass of the vehicle should be viewd from the right seat.
But few people in this country have performance motorsports backgrounds.
And this thread to the best of my knowledge is primarally covering the USA and the drivers here.

I've done LHD>RHD conversions on a few JDM vehicles. It's not worth the effort, sell it and import one from a country with the correct driving position.

I converted a MGA from right to left hand drive and there were a few things that weren't obvious at first. For example, the windshield wipers parked on the opposite side. The head light flutes also directed the light in the wrong direction. Both were easy to fix but weren't something I initially thought of.

There are two here in town, one looks to be in poor shape and he wanted $12,000 for it. The other is in nice shape, raised, tires, rack and winch, ready to go but never saw the owner. Both LHD.
