Can you elaborate on this when you get the chance? What other parts are being used to fill the gaps? Front diff? T case, will these parts all be from a GM truck?**** This kit will work with 2 wheel drive 2003-2016 Chevrolet 2500/3500 vans, with the ability to convert to 4x4.....:Wow1:
Those are some really respectable travel numbers with stock track width. I would be really curious to see what kind of numbers it could pull with some 2" per side wider arms! Could even add the with using some 2007+ shafts. I am surprised stock it pulled 8", never figured out what my 1500 AWD pulls but it does handle washboards about a 1000000% better than my Jeep ever did. This kit will cycle 10-12" with no major issues and limited with straps to prevent unwanted CV bind. Stock the 4x4 had around 8 which is really good for torsion bars, I really wish we would have had some time to play with it before we tore into it to see what the torsion's were capable of.
Looks like you kept the factory camber adjusters. Besides making for an easy alignment, being bolt on and having tons of camber adjustment is there any reason for keeping them? Had a buddy with a S-10 and his adjusters were frequently getting knocked out of alignment. We eventually resorted to welding them in place........ But then again he did drive by Braille:elkgrin:This makes alignment easy with massive amounts of camber adjustment in the UCA.

In addition you would need drop brackets and spindles, both of which we can supply.
Will you been converting one soon? and or selling a specific conversion kit?
In addition you would need drop brackets and spindles, both of which we can supply.I have a 2003 Quigley GMC Savana 2500. It doesn't have the Quigley 3" lift. What extra parts are required? Thanks!
For those of us with 2wd and no lift, will this still be bolt-in?
Are you guys in your shop next Saturday? Is it still possible to see this stuff in person?
This was an impressive build. Even more so considering the time frame. For your next van build I recommend you skip the plush toyota seats and install custom "Homer" bucket seats for all the occupants.
