With more then 200 views on any given day we would love more feedback, questions, anything.... "

I will chime in since I have been checking this thread and instagram religiously for the last bit. I for one am glad your crazy and going to town on a spanking new van!

plenty more pics and videos to come!
Need more suspension pics! I have been following on instagram and I am super curious, I have been drafting my own control arms......I wish I had your skills and access to a mill! Judging from the spacing of the bolts I am assuming your planning on running K6136 ball joints? Also curious to what size of heims your using on the frame side 7/8 x 7/8?

This part really has me scratching my head! My best guess is a lower shock mount to coil over adapter?

So with the new front suspension are you moving the front wheels forward to allow more rear fender clearance for the 35s? With custom upper and lower control arms this should be pretty easy to the extent that steering and cv shafts allow.

We eliminated all the ball joints and are running uniballs in the upper and lower a arms. We also eliminated all bushings and made special uniball cups for the pivots with super sweet misalignment spacers!
Here is a look at the new lower a arms.

These are the uniball pivots and misalignments.

How about a little teaser of the Billet upper control arms.........:Wow1:

As for the part in question, i will have to keep you guessing, however it is not any kind of coilover mounting.... BUt we do have a really cool new coilover mount we will be sharing with you soon..... :jumping:

We are going to be working our way to the inside of this van build... we would live to see what some of you guys are doing on the inside. Post pics of your rig lets check them out...
Thanks.
Jeremy
Nice work there, Jeremy! Some of the most functional features I've added to my vans have been door related. Easy access from both inside and outside my van. Since you are building for SEMA, whatever you put on the doors will also attract lots of attention! I don't like interior cabinets protruding into the side cargo doors' opening, so I built this:

Here it is closed (before I had the latches worked out!):

I'll be hitting you up soon for my E-350 lift. Keep up the great work!

Road to Sema, a 90 Day Build. rear suspension

What's the plan for the rear suspension?

We are doing custom leaf springs in the rear similar to what we offer for the Ford E series, however we steeped up the shock and are running a KING 2.5 IBP shocks... Its going to ride like a Cadi.......

Sounds good, are you hoping to fit some air bumps in there as well or will the shocks provide enough bump zone after the internal bypass stage is complete? Sounds like fun....we need to break it in just after SEMA to make sure!

sema 2016 van parts

You guys seem to like our van porn so try this one out...... these are a few more parts we custom machined for this project.... Any guesses to what they are? this one should be easier.

We are really exited about Dynamat joining this build as a sponsor. They made sure we had plenty of Dynamat and Dynapad to outfit the interior of this Chevrolet Express 3500, Quigley 4x4 van.
We are excited to see how these products work. The Dynapad is supposed to reduce engine and exhaust noise while reducing heat.

The Dynamat is going to be extremely helpful now since Kicker Audio has stepped up and we are doing a full blown system in this that should knock your socks off!

is the top and bottom both sides of the same part? the outline looks like 2 different parts.

top piece looks like a lift spacer/ coil bucket, but that doesn't make sense, since ya said you're putting coil overs on. could be a ball joint adapter, but no, cuz you're running uniballs.

not sure what the bottom piece looks like to me.
