Just ordered a 3gal air tank, pressure switch, 12v water pump, 10 plate exchanger.

I picked up some angle aluminum and caped some corners. Applied pressure.

I haven't finished the door skin, but I still put the camper back on the truck. I will need two short latches for the front portion of the camper so I know it is shut tight when I install the seal. It is not perfect, but not bad for my first camper build I think. I think I will install some trim here and there to rid the imperfections. The skinning is a result of using a cordless circular saw with a 16T blade, and manual tin snips.

Also, can you detail how you did the corners. I am interested to know how you made a waterproof corner with the aluminum frame and skin. Thanks.

I just got back from a test drive... I was in the back monitoring seams and such. The test drive at highway speeds was pleasant in the back. Right now it is too dark to open it up, I will have to try to make time to do it tomorrow.

All panels have 1/2" wide band of 3M VHB to seal each panel to the frame. This included all corners. I added the angle to 4 corners because my cuts were not "shear straight" and they bothered me to look at them (purely cosmetic). Those angles were just "stitch" taped on. I am going off 3M's word/guarantee that this tape will give a complete seal when applied by their instruction. I did do a light test on all taped seams, and they all appear to be sealed.

For the seal between the bed and camper, I will be using wood to seal. I figure I can adjust height, replace as needed, get a proper seal with compression, and stay water tight with swelling. For the small crevices, I will either use high density foam or rubber.
