Nice tent. Signed up just to read your progress. Look forward to seeing how it turns out. Believe it our not you can actually get quite a bit done with new babies, it's when they start crawling, walking, and talking that time and leaving tools and sharp objects out really get cut back and frowned upon.

i've been thinking .... OK this is a bit of a hijack

Here is my question. Would anyone be interested in building a kit? Something that is more advanced?

The design would be classic but the execution would have top quality fabrics like high end tents, and have weight savings with an engineered insulated base. The ladder would address some of the stability issues. Choice of mattress weight and quality. Priced to compete with the Chinese knock offs.

Some assembly required - see, back on topic.

No updates for 2 years +...he gone!

You can look at my thread if you want for some ideas, I ended up making my own. Or a guy on Trailblazer forums made his own!
