I have a Roost Roof Top Tent for Sale. $2200 OBO

This thing is amazing. Very fast and ready to camp. Selling only because we bought a camper.

Has the 3" mattress. Comes with the ladder shown, and all mounting hardware. The mounts are adjustable, so mounts to almost any rack.

In the winter, everything can snap out, and is a great cargo box for skis or traveling.

How wide is it from left to right? It it 7' 6" on the outside of the shell, front to back?

It is 90.5 inches long, and 57 inches wide.

Can you make the fabric taut for less wind flappage?

Yes. It is actually pretty tight with all the windows closed. We slept through a big storm with no issues, noise or water.

The bottom "flap" snaps to the base, so it doesn't flap in the wind.

Does anyone have any suggestions on where else or how I can sell this? It is truly a great tent. Is my price too high? Wrong time of year?

My wife and I bought a camper and I'd love to have a little money to fix it up, so I need to sell this tent.
