So how do you deal with or delete the RSC garbage on the Ford vans?

A "fix"? You mean they re-did the math behind the algorithms and came up with all new parameters for off-road vans then reprogrammed the ABS module? That's the only "fix" there could be. Anything else would be a workaround or bypass of some sort.

In the past I sent several Vans to Action Vans to fix the RSC issue, it was fairly inexpensive, and only took an hour or two.

I'm completely eliminating the system. All of the related components.

What is the issue you're having with RSC anyway? Were the vans all 2wd vans that you took over there?

fill me in. I want to delete the whole system, abs included

The ABS in the vans work great. The issue is when you lift the van, or larger tires, it screws up the calibration of the yaw sensor, thinking the vans is getting a little tipsy, so it activates the RSC. I believe the fix Action vans use is eliminating the steering wheel angle sensor so the RSC works in ABS, but wont activate from the Yaw sensor input.

I had RSC issues in my van after lifting it with a Ujoint kit. Chris told me to call 5star tuning. Ended up getting a tow tune and it fixed my RSC issues on the van.
