Safety Seal Tire Repair Kit

Theese are great, but rather on pricey side. You can also pick up similar products from auto szone for a bit cheaper price. Just make sure not to get the ones that dry out.

I just bought a El'Cheapo kit today from Checker Auto. It seems to have all that you would need:
  • insert tool
  • Rasp tool
  • Tire gauge
  • 10 - 4" black repair plugs
  • 4 valve cores
  • four way valve tool
  • valve caps
  • 3 small 3 large repair patches
  • rumber cement
  • metal buffer
  • instruction book
  • Storage box

Seems pretty nice, and it was only $8. It is a "MONKEY GRIP 32 piece tire toolbox" It also seems very light way less than a half can of coke.

Seems like a great deal.

Hell I have been using an el cheapo version for years. I bet at my work and personal vehicles I have plugged probably 50 tires over the years. Never had one fail yet. I had a puncture on a trail down here on my taco. we neer even changed the tire just pluged it on the truck and re filled it. It is now a spare but I think I ran it for about 3 months before I got to my next rotation and changed it. As you guys know mine is a trail only truck for the most part.

I have both sets too - have not had to use 'em yet - cause I always seem to have side-wall cuts - :ar15: Stitching and duct tape is also in my tool box ;)
