This is one of those "I found an old Indian in a barn" stories that always happen to someone else. Congratulations.

The hand throttle was indeed for PTO winch operation. Also handy if you install an on board shower or run an OBA compressor.

Here's a few more pictures of the interior and the tool kit. Got the title transfered today and just noticed they **************** the mileage, it is printed 222k and should be 122k wonder if I should have them change it.
