Looking good, amazing what a coat of paint will do! Thanks for posting the link to those jacks, just what I need for my trailer.

Made some brackets for the mud flaps. Painted my wheels (still need tires) Installed LED marker lights and LED license plate light. I also sealed the bed seams and worked on some finishing touched. I still need to make my roof rack before the final coat of paint and the bed liner are sprayed.

Thanks Mark! I am still searching for tires...... Its been tough finding a tire with a good tread in the correct size. I also should let you know My CVT tent is on its way. Shipped today....I hope. I ordered the Mt. Hood. I hope I'm not disappointed because that was a big purchase for me. I should have a bunch of time in the next few days to devote to the trailer. I plan in building the roof rack, finishing the paint, wiring, tires, bed liner, and then start figuring out the kitchen. I would like to take it on a test drive by the end of the weekend. Updates ASAP

Well, I finally got tires! Mounted them with my friends old firestone tire machine. I think they look good. I also had some time to work on my Roof rack. I have nice rubber tube plugs in the mail for the ends of the cross bars. Planning on paint tomorrow. I need to order some hurculiner. One problem I can see is that I don't think my trailer will fit in the garage once I mount my tent. But I specifically made it this height so I could stand up in the annex... I guessing others have had the same dilemma. Things are moving slow because I am also building a hot tub room on our patio for my wife......so I am trying to split my time up between the 2 projects......I'm tired! worked on stuff from 8-9:30 today...

I got everything done minus the wiring today! I took it out for a ride! It seemed to pull good. I also messed around with jackknifing it. I can go a little past 90 degrees in both directions. I am getting pretty excited! It is starting to look like a trailer! I also checked the tongue weight... about 65lbs empty. n_neto/DSC_0600_zps8506476b.jpg[/IMG]

Thanks man! Yes I would like to enclose all or part of the trailer. I just haven't figured out a good way to do that. I still need to figure out where to put my stove/sink/storage etc. Finished all my wiring today. I still need to make some safety chains but I rigged up some temporary chains and took if for a drive today. I probably put on about 30 miles. had her up to 60mph with no problem. It didn't sway or bounce or do anything strange. I was very pleased. My expo stickers came today! Now if my stinking CVT would get here. They have been telling me "it will ship today" for about 5 days. I read a lot of negative feedback from customers on their Facebook page but thought it was just a couple of picky people complaining, but now I think they are on to something. No one complained about the product....just the customer service. I really hope it gets here soon so I can use it. If I don't get shipping confirmation by to morrow I will call them again.

I finished my bed liner last night. I used hurculiner. I've used it on several other projects with good results. I also added some grippy tape to some areas where It could get slippery. My tube plugs for the roof rack also came today. I had to trim them a little and convince them to go into the tube with a rubber mallet. but once they popped in they made a nice tight fit. I really pleased with this project.....so far. I finaly got a track number for my CVT... it will be here next Tuesday. My L5 water heater, sureflo pump and water tank will be here on Thursday of this week!

What size water tank for 2 adults and two toddlers(some times)? Will most likely be 1-2 days between water fill ups.
Did you ever figure out water tank size? I have a similarly sized M101A2. I'm thinking 20 or 30 gallons. me the wife and 2 kids aged 6 and 8. Most often probably just me and the kids.

I went with a 10 gal because I got it for next to nothing and it fits nicely underneath the trailer. I may go bigger down the road. I also am trying to keep the weight to a minimum. I'll let you know what I think of the tank once we use it a few times.

I forgot to add this picture the other day when I took the trailer out for a drive. This is before I did the bed liner. I think it looks like it belongs behind the old jeep.
