Should I replace my battery?

The battery I have in the Dormobile is a typical lead-acid battery. When the Dormobile sat for a year, I stupidly left the battery in, and after a year of sitting it had 100 milliVolts across the terminals. I checked the fluid levels, and put it on the battery charger overnight. Now it works fine - the voltage barely drops when the engine cranks.

I am thinking I should still replace it, since I abused it so fully.

You should be just fine. As long as there are no bulges or leaks.
