Show me your "Adult" rigs and how you keep them running.

Now what would be awesome is a "Let's see all the retired 65+ year rigs out there!" thread. You wouldn't see any of us in there... :ylsmoke:

While not technically a "rig", I have a 1964 Prevost bus conversion that's getting awful close to retirement age! (people retired earlier in the 60's...)

It's taken me on many expeditions down various logging roads of BC, and dry camped for weeks at a time thanks to the 200+ gal water supply, and 360 watts of solar.

Here is our latest "old timer" a 1967 Jeep wagoneer it came with the Kaiser 372 TH400 Dana 20 It's in the process of getting a VW TDI ALH motor with a mechanical VE injection pump and compound turbos with a Jeep NSG-370 6 speed and a NP 242 T case with late model Wagoneer Dana 44's with Tru Tracks,it will be the Wife' winter daily driver.
Were shooting for a well balanced full size AWD wagon something that will handle good at highway speeds in snow/ice and be big enough to give her a fighting chance in a deer/elk encounter.

2000 Tacoma 335,000 miles. I use Toyota parts only! I have found many repair solutions on the web and use the factory manual. Change your fluids once a year, flush your brakes and power steering every two to three years.

I developed a radiator leak this fall Toyota was on backorder and had to purchase a made in India radiator. It will be replaced with a Toyota radiator in the spring once they start production again.
