Side LED lights for Defender

My side indicator lights have been non operable since I bought my truck about 7 years ago. I have been unable to find original lights and honestly didnt want original since they dont seem to last too long due to water ingress into the light. A month ago on a trip to the Western Sierra we stopped at a Truck Stop America to experience some local flavor. While looking around the "truckers" store I spied some sealed single wire LED amber lights that looked very close to my Defender lights. At $5 each I grabbed a pair. Yesterday I finally got around to installing them. They are a little longer than the original but lots brighter. All and all I am very happy with my TSA purchase.

Great buy! Glad they worked out for you. I'm not a Defender owner (unfortunately) and think they look pretty good on your rig.

Kelly I scored something really similar in Pepboys for about $7 last year. Far better than oe. Mine are turn signal repeaters not marker lamps like on the NAS trucks. which are yours ?

They look pretty good! almost like Td5 type repeaters (although Td5 ones are slightly slimmer)


your 130 looks like it's an ex electricity board UK rover? (I'm UK.... recognise the paint colour straight away
