Hey guys!

Quick update: getting my ARB front and rear air lockers installed. Should be ready for the trip!

I know we have this thread, but is there a place where the actual itinerary is posted? Sorry its been awhile I lurked this thread.

Where are we all meeting up? Anybody from Norcal going?

Did I give you PA_JERO's number? PA_JERO (Kevin) and Manfromsnowyriver (Lloyd) are the main organizer dudes. I can't remember something long enough to tell you where to go and i'm sure it's a couple pages back in this thread somewhere but i'm not going back either (too busy thinking about trail sards)

Going to be scrambling to the bitter end. New windshield tomorrow, drop off Friday for skids.....Ugh. So below is the itinerary, however I am still waiting to hear who will make the Barrett leg with me. And what is the camping situation like at the Wentworth entrance?

Saturday 8/29: Drive from Albuquerque to Bishop CA, Camp Laurel Lakes(LLoyd)
Sunday 8/30: Drive to Barrett Lake trail head, camp in wrights lake pay camp ground for early meet up. WHO?
Monday 8/31: Early group go to Barrett Lake and camp
Tuesday 9/1: Head out of Barrett to Wentworth and meet AZ(remaining) group
Wednesday 9/2: Rubicon to the Springs
Thursday 9/3: Springs out to Fordyce trail head
Friday 9/4: Fordyce to waterfall
Saturday 9/5: Waterfall to Snake Lake
Sunday 9/6: Snake Lake to Mining Museum to High Lakes Area
Monday 9/7: High Lakes Trails
Tuesday 9/8: Out High Lakes Head Home
Wednesday 9/9: HOME

Also my number is 505-252-0915. On the trip it will be forwarded because I use it for business, but for the next 17 days you can get me, and then by text after I leave.

Lloyd, is the overheating under control? Still trying to wrap up all my loose ends this week and next. Moving along pretty well though.

I am assuming so, he got it to half way climbing dunes in 90 degree heat with AC on. Way better then before, so I am rolling with it. Headed for skids in the morning.

I will, I will admit to not doing my own testing, but I am working so much there is just no time. Especially with having skids, emissions inspection nightmare, windshield and more to go...

Holy fab fest bat man. This shop started throwing me numbers and I was like, really? So along with skids they are going to cut off the old rear bumper mounts and add a tube with D rings and Mod the left front body mount that is rubbing my 37's when I turn like crazy. Shooting to be done in a week.

Itunes and GPS maps on my New Tablet are the projects of the day. I still have no word on any Barrett lake takers. I would like to know in the next week. Otherwise I will leave Sunday Morning instead o Saturday late, and hit an easy trail to break the trip up, and something Monday working my way up to Wentworth from the East Sieed of the Sierras getting there in the afternoon Tuesday.

Well, last night pat (lordtrunks) and I burned the midnight oil. Hopefully the only one in preperation for the sierras. I have been putting several hours in over the lat 4 days preping. My father in law is in town this next week so I am pushing to get all I can done this weekend. I will have bits to do over the week but small stuff.

Pat hooked up my dakota digital speedo last night. So glad that thing is in. Now I have 4th gear back and my speedometer reads accurate. Better then before I did the transfer case swap. Any word from carlos? Richard is meeting in wentworth. And no ray this trip.

What's the updated list?

Have not heard from Carlos. I will be busy till the last day unfortunately, but at least its happening. Just ordered a tablet mount. Topos are slowly downloading now. That GPS speedo thing has not missed a beat so far, I am impressed.

Everyone can help adjust this list. I know 2 of those Gen 3s need to come off. I am assuming no early arrivals for Barrett right now, and these are all Wentworth campground folks.
