How much did you pay for the tub to get cut and bent. I'm working with a company in Utah to do one for me. From the pictures it looks like the sides, ends and bottom are all seperate pieces?

I paid 650 for the sheet metal on the trailer. 300 for materials and 350 for labor. And yes, the ends, sides, and bottom are separate. The pieces were cut on a water-jet and were absolutely perfect :)

It's bolted down with the tabs on the outside AND with 7 bolts securing the bottom floor to the cross members. This is from post #16. It shows the mounting on the bottom. Its the same mounting set-up that the M416 came with, just a little beefier :)

Here is how the trailer stands now, I am waiting on some bedliner samples before I tackle that project.

I also reinforced my bumper and added a connector and a place for safety chains.

I have had a few requests for the drawings I used to get the metal cut, so here they are.

It's been a while since I have made any progress, but the trailer is ready for camping use :)

I just finished putting Monstaliner on the inside of the trailer this weekend, I should be able to start using it in a week or so once the liner fully cures. It is a two part roll on bed-liner that gets its texture from the roller instead of rubber bits inside it. It went on thicker than the herculiner I used on the inside of my jeep, and the sample they sent was nearly indestructible.

Thanks! I've spent way more time and money than I imagined I would. All those little things add up quickly.

Please help me.

I've enjoyed this thread and am asking you this question because I can't find the answer anywhrere.

What size wheel do you use for that 7.00-16 tire you have? I've spent about a month of lurking around forums and sites and just can't find an answer. Those tires are narrow (4.5" for the rim) but I can't find any wheels that actually FIT that tire anywhere. Could you give me a link or suggestion?

Thanks a lot.
Pat
