Taking the trailer to Tierra Del Sol this weekend, will try to hit some trails with it and see if I can get the Go Pro to work.

Unfortunately I have the old GoPro, with no instructions, and I am having a heck of a time to get it to work more than a minute. By the time I have it set up and get back in the truck, it shuts off. I need to call GoPro as their website only talks about the HD version.

Pikeman took some video of it in the obstacle garden, did one that a lot of vehicles were not making, made it up with good spotting from Michael.

Hope to have it soon. Just recieved some from Carvacre Trail, will post shortly if I can.

Here is alittle better one.

I have one coming from Tierra Del Sol that is pretty incredible. A couple of jeeps did not make it, one broke their front dif on it and a forerunner did not make it while I was there. With good spotting went right up it. I am still a littel leary of it on blind stuff, but with the water and batteries setting on the axle it has a very low center of gravity, making it hard to tip over, also all the weight being inside the wheel wells and below helps alot. Nothing on the roof makes it a better trail trailer to. But then they have the advantage of less weight. Gives and Takes in anything you do. But they sleep in tents and I sleep on a tempurpedic mattress, game, set, match as far as the wife is concerned. lol

Being designed as a base camp, and mentioned concern about trail worthiness, I have done trails that a lot would not take a box trailer on, two guys from this video, said they would never take their trailers on it. I will continue to test it to its limits, Black Bear in July will be the hardest test is my guess. I will have it tied off to another vehicle, I am not into falling 2 or 3 thousand feet with it.. Width is the only problem it might have, weight has not been a problem so far, but I am not dragging it up a quartermile loose shale hill either. I am not terribly smart, but I know better than that. lol

I think this is one awesome trailer. As to the question about the outside shower, pottie, take a look at this:

http://www.bivouacbuddy.com/

I bought one of these years ago, and I think its great. You could put a longer hose on the outside shower unit, and run it up to the top of this, or just use the shower head itself. You could put a smaller 1" receiver tube on the side and use a rod from it to hang...... just a thought!

Tubing is 1x1 120 wall, and I had All Pro Off Road bend the tubes. Will be purchasing a tubing bender soon.

Thanks for your comment.

I only knew one other person there, the lady that was taking the pictures. I learned later that most were taking bets it would roll in the first 100 yards of the trail, two had trailers and said they would never even consider taking their trailers on this trail:Wow1:. Personally it was not much of a challenge, had a ball, and saw a lot of crow being eaten. lol

Due to the extremely low center of gravity, it seems hard to tip over. We were watching for the tires to leave the ground and according to the person following the trailer up the trail, it never did. I plan to set up a gopro to watch the suspension and see what it does. Hopefully soon
